We, the Veterinarians of Andhra Pradesh, under the vibrant leadership of Dr M.V.REDDY, Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, India convey our heartfelt greetings to ALL THE FELLOW VETERINARIANS ACROSS THE WORLD on the eve of World Veterinary Day 2012.
We, being the Veterinarians feel proud to inform that the Livestock Sector in Andhra Pradesh is marching ahead in all facets to bring rural transformation in villages.
On the occasion of WVD on 28th April 2012, various programmes have been planned at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh to highlight the importance of the Veterinarian in the present context. As a part of this, Health camp, Blood Donation camp will be organised at VETS HOME, Hyderabad. Technical Seminar and debate on the theme for the year ?Anti Microbial Resistance? involving the Veterinarians in and around Hyderabad is structured on the eve of WVD.
Distinguished Veterinarians from all walks of life, who have rendered proficient services will be honoured on this occasion. To exhibit Professional spirit, it is decided to have uniform Dress Code depicting Blue Color and wear elite Badges, specifically designed for the event. All necessary arrangements have been made to cover the event through Print and Electronic media to bring awareness on the importance of Veterinarian to the society.
The Veterinarians across the State of Andhra Pradesh were addressed by Dr M.V.Reddy, Director through Video Conferencing on 25.04.2012 and requested them to celebrate the WVD in a befitting manner at their respective places.
